It has been a busy, busy 6 days as we have gone from 9am - 9pm learning everything you could possibly imagine. I gotta give HH credit though, they make what could be a living hell of a week into one that is enjoyable. Lots of interaction and moving around kept us (especially me likley) from falling asleep over and over again. They put on the best orientation sessions that I have ever seen. I have learned much.
This evening we finish up staff traing and have a break until thursday, when the first batch of kids arrive for Session 1.
The video above is from our staff talent show last night. During training we pretty much run through what we will do at camp with the kids, and the Talent Show might be the climax. It is gonna be a busy summer, but a great one.
